Once you have studied the material (before the certification exam), you have the opportunity to spend 90- minutes with Jay Block via a zoom session. Jay will answer questions that you have and discuss topics that are important to you. He will also emphasize key points on the exam and the information needed to pass. If you feel you need more time, Jay will work with you to ensure you understand the material and use it to make a difference.

We also have different learning styles. Some people have completed CIC in a matter of weeks and others closer to a year. That said, 2-3 months is about average.
