Eligibility Requirements

The CIC Curriculum
Week 1
Module 1 establishes the foundation of the Certified Interview Coach (CIC) program. You’ll explore the mindset, ethics, and frameworks that define effective, client-centered interview coaching. This session introduces the eight CIC principles and examines how integrity, inclusion, and evidence-based practice set the standard for modern coaching.
