The Coach’s Guide to Salary & Compensation Conversations Master Series

What Is The Coach’s Guide to Compensation Negotiation Master Series?

Negotiation is one of the few moments in a client’s career where well-meaning advice can have unintended financial consequences.

This program centers on awareness, discernment, and risk management in compensation conversations. Coaches will gain clarity on where coaching adds value, where negotiation becomes specialized, and how to navigate that transition in a way that protects their clients and strengthens their professional authority.

We will also explore the role a client’s relationship to money plays in negotiation — including fear, scarcity patterns, identity, and self-worth — and how coaches can unpack those dynamics responsibly without stepping into tactical strategy.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the psychological, strategic, and structural factors that influence negotiation outcomes — and how to support clients thoughtfully when compensation conversations arise without overstepping into areas that require specialized expertise.
